When purchasing at millehenriksenstudio.com / .dk you automatically accept the terms and conditions stipulated below. Consequently, we recommend that you read the terms through carefully before purchasing.

All prices are stated in Euro and includes 25% VAT.

PURCHASE
In order to purchase products at millehenriksenstudio.com / .dk you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. When your purchase has been accepted and the article is registered in our stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation stating your personal parcel number/ tracking number (AWB). That way, you will always be able to track your order. You will only be charged once the order has been shipped.

DELIVERY
We ship to wherever you are, but for faster and easier delivery we suggest that you use a business address for delivery. We usually ship orders no later than the following business day.

The delivery guidelines below are approximations and not a guarantee of delivery within the stated time.

Denmark: 1-3 working days
Scandinavia: 2-6 working days
Europe: 5-10 working days
Rest of the world: 7-15 working days

Please note that when shipping to outside of Europe, the order will have to go through the customs authority for clearance – this is not included in the approximate delivery time. When you order to a private address, we will use an access point for delivery.

SHIPPING
All goods are sent from Frederiksberg, Denmark. We ship worldwide. Relevant freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. Note that when ordering four posters or less, your order can be shipped in one container together.

We ship all international orders as parcel post which makes it possible to track and trace the parcel. The goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check the contents of the parcel upon receipt. We carefully pack goods in protective boxes or tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us (hello@millehenriksenstudio.com) immediately, or at the latest 2 days after receipt.

RETURN & EXCHANGES
Articles bought from MILLE HENRIKSEN STUDIO are fully returnable within 14 days upon receipt. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt, in the same packaging or a similar protective box. Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and expense. Is to be handled by you. You have 14 days to return the goods.

If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email with your order number and the reason for returning. Please contact us at hello@millehenriksenstudio.com before sending back the goods, and we will provide you with directions for return. Please note that expense for the return shipment is paid by you.

When we have received the goods and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 5 days. Please remember to keep your post office receipt as a documentation that the goods have been sent.

If you have received a gift, which has been bought from MILLE HENRIKSEN STUDIO and you wish to return the product we can exchange it to another product of the equivalent value. If you find a product, which is more expensive, you can pay the difference and we will send it to you instead. Expenses for returning and the delivery of a new product, are to be paid by you. COMPLAINTS
MILLE HENRIKSEN STUDIO trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. In connection with complaints, defects and faults or non-delivery of goods please contact customer service at hello@millehenriksenstudio.com

SECURITY
All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). Only the payment provider Stripe (stripe.com) has access to your data. It is not possible neither for MILLE HENRIKSEN STUDIO nor any other unauthorized entity to see or read data, which is exchanged in connection with the purchase. At Mille Henriksen Studio your personal contact information is 100% confidential, and we guarantee that no unauthorized persons will have access to it.

CUSTOMS DUTY AND VAT
When you order from an EU country you pay Danish VAT, but no customs duty in accordance with the rules of free movement of goods. Local taxes and duties may apply, in which case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From that point, it is your own responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.
